4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
  • HerbalGiza.pk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver only within Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time is within 5 business days.
  • Shipping charges: Punjab PKR 199, Outside Punjab PKR 299.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • HerbalGiza.pk will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on HerbalGiza.pk are the property of HerbalGiza and cannot be reproduced without permission.
